It Looks Like I was Billed Twice

If you think you were billed twice, please consider the following: 

  1. In My Account, there are two entries. One represents the start of the subscription. The other represents the actual payment. Since they both list the price of the subscription for your information, it might look like you were billed twice. 
  2. To confirm you can go to PayPal and see if there are two transactions with different transaction IDs. 
  3. If there are multiple transactions then please send them to us in your ticket with your PayPal email address and the date and amount of the transactions.
